Thanks for making Waterford Place your home! We hope that you are enjoying the community, the activities, your new neighbors and all that Waterford Place has to offer. Don’t forget with your busy schedule to plan some time for fun activities and relaxation. You can take a dip in one of our pools or invite a friend for a game of racquetball or tennis. Take a walk around the lake or relax in the hot tub. We encourage you to take pleasure in your surroundings and appreciate all that your community has to offer!

Updated Office Hours:

As of Saturday, March 8th the Leasing Office hours will change with daylight savings time to better serve you! The updated hours are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm

Wednesday: 10:00am-6:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am-5:00pm

Sunday: 1:00pm-5:00pm

All residents who pay their rent before the 1st of the month can enter into the "Early Bird Drawing" for $100.00 off their next month’s rent!
